1. Delivery Charges
- For Karachi, 250/- Rupees
- For Interior Sindh, 300/- Rupees
- For Punjab, 400/- Rupees
- For Baluchistan, 500/- Rupees
- For KP & AJK, 500/- Rupees
Note:
- Delivery is free for orders above 5000/- Rupees across Pakistan.
- International shipping charges vary based on country and selected courier.
- All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
- Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During high-volume seasons or sales, processing time may take slightly longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time (Pakistan)
- Major Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Cities/Villages: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.
4. International Delivery
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and international courier policies.
- Customs clearance delays may occur, depending on your country’s regulations.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges applicable in their region.
5. Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email with your tracking number.
- You can track your order through the courier’s online tracking portal.
6. Order Verification
- To prevent fraudulent or incorrect orders, Lunis may call or SMS to verify your details, request order confirmation, or cancel or hold orders with incomplete or suspicious information. Failure to respond to verification attempts may delay processing.
7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with: DO NOT accept the package.
- Inform us immediately through WhatsApp or Email with picture/video proof.
- Once a parcel is accepted, Lunis will not be responsible for any damage, missing items, or claims.
8. Undelivered / Returned to Sender Orders
- An order may be returned to our warehouse due to: Customer unavailability, Wrong address or contact information, Courier’s inability to contact you
- In such cases, you may request re-shipment (extra charges may apply).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
9. Change of Shipping Address
- You may request a change of address before the order is shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
